How it works

The key lies in its unique “nanocomposite” surface coating. This coating is primarily composed of the inorganic non-metallic material titanium dioxide (TiO₂). The working principle of the steel plate is as follows:

1. Decomposition of organic matter – “self-cleaning”

Under sunlight, especially ultraviolet light, the coating undergoes a photocatalytic reaction, breaking down organic contaminants such as oil, dust, microorganisms, and pollutants adhering to the sheet surface into substances such as water and carbon dioxide.

2. Super-hydrophilic effect – “easy flushing”

The photocatalytic effect causes water to spread onto the sheet surface into a thin film. When rainwater flows over, it easily carries away the decomposed pollutants, achieving a “rainwater-cleaning” effect.

Simply put, it uses nature’s free sunlight and rainwater to “wash” itself, significantly reducing the cost of manual cleaning and maintenance.

Air conditioner indoor unit air deflectors, air outlets, front panels, washing machine housings, range hood/water heater panels, filters, oven doors, and control panels. It inhibits the growth of mold and bacteria, and the coating decomposes organic matter adhering to the surface, making grease stains easier to wipe off.

Steps:

Galvanized or aluminum-zinc substrate → Degreasing and chemical conversion → Roller-coated primer → Bake-curing → Topcoat → Transparent nano-functional coating → Precision curing → Nano-embossing or special roller coating technology (optional)
